Fast High Protein and Fiber Burrito Recipe


Are you looking for a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for busy clients working out at home? Look no further than this high protein and fiber burrito recipe with white tortilla! It’s also high in protein and fiber which makes it a great option for those looking to build muscle or lose weight.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 cup black beans

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 white tortilla


Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the quinoa, black beans, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

  2. Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds.

  3. Spoon the mixture onto the tortilla.

  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly.

  5. Serve immediately.


***Special Option ***

If you have a flat grill to toast your burrito I recommend it as a quick option for that extra crunch. I decided the BB8 Waffle Iron was flat enough and made some the family of fans could enjoy. 😊
